Gift Card FAQ's
- How do I check my balance?
- You can register to learn the balance of your card by clicking Register
- For what dollar amount can I purchase a gift card?
- At the restaurants for any denomination up to $10,000
- Online in $25, $50, $75, $100, $125, $150, and $200 denominations
- When does my card expire?
- GRG Gift Cards never expire
- Are there any fees or charges for keeping a balance on my card?
- No there are no service fees charged to purchase or hold a balance on any of our cards
- How do I replace a lost or stolen card?
- Garces Restaurant Group will issue a replacement card for the amount currently available on your card at the time it is reported.
- To report your card lost or stolen call 267-284-7910. Monday - Friday 9am to
5pm or submit the GRG Gift Card HELP FORM.
You will receive a response within one business day - The new card will be mailed to the address in your online profile so please be sure to keep your profile current.
